At the end of presentations, I invite participants to mark it out of 10.
If they give less than 10, I ask them to briefly and anonymously write what I should have done differently to make it worthy of a 10.
I use this quick and powerful feedback to continuously improve - in content and delivery style … or to make sure I offer more lolly snakes.
